We want you to be happy with your Stone & Root purchase.
If there is ever an issue, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Returns accepted for:
Items damaged in transit
Incorrect item received
Quality issues
Not eligible for return:
Custom or personalised engraved items
Items that have been used or damaged after arrival
Return process:
Email us at stonenroot@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable).
We will confirm the return and provide instructions.
Once the item is returned in original condition, we will issue either a refund or replacement.
Return shipping:
If the item arrived damaged or incorrect, we cover return shipping.
For all other returns, the customer covers return shipping
