Products
All items are handmade. Variations in shape, colour, and finish are normal and part of the charm of natural stone and hand-crafted work.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are in GBP. Payment is taken at checkout securely through Shopify’s payment system.
Shipping
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Custom engraved items may take slightly longer.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
Custom or personalised orders cannot be cancelled once engraving has begun.
Liability
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or incorrect address details entered at checkout
